The popular Call of Duty: Modern Warfare includes a smorgasbord of new weapons and attachments for players to try out. Thus, players can customize their weapons to fit their style of play, either running and shooting or snuggle. However, a crazy combination appeared on the internet: the weapons that you least expect it achieve a feat of combat to long distance.
The user of Reddit, TmuIIz, published a clip of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare that was shared by a Polygon showing the shotgun 725 by shooting at an enemy so far away in the distance, it was barely visible even with a telescopic sight. At that distance, we would not expect a shotgun to do anything, but the shot reaches long distances, becoming instantly the shotgun in a crazy sniper rifle. If you’re looking to get your hands on this monster of long range, we’ll explain how to install on your computer the kit Call of Duty’s Gunsmith.
Equip your shotgun
For the kit used by TmuIIz, you will need to equip the shotgun 725. This shotgun is a beast up close, makes it easier to kill in a single shot. So when you’re not trying to do difficult shots and long range with it, you can eliminate the enemies nearby.
Customize it in Gunsmith
TmuIIz explained that the configuration 725 used in the clip had “Mono, supp, tempest 32 Barr, fmj, slug, Browne 32 mm scope. We will review how to configure it and what other options might offer more flexibility.
This is the short version for those of you who are familiar with Gunsmith and just want a setup TmuIIz.
- Muzzle: Monotlithic Suppressor
- Barrel: Tempus 32 Competition
- Optic: Brownlee 32mm scope
- Ammunition: Slug
- Perk: FMJ
Jump to the Gunsmith to customize the kit of your 725. Starting from the front, place a Monolithic Suppressor in the slot Muzzle. This not only silences the weapon, but also increases their scope. You can decrease the speed of the ADS, but you’ll have to spend time to align shots from long range.
To make sure you get the maximum range of the gun, placed a Tempus 32 Competition b in the slot Barrel. This is the one that uses TmuIIz and the only one that helps with the range. The other available for the 725 actually hinder your ability to reach distant targets.
There is No laser in this configuration, but there is a Optic. Is the Brownlee 32mm Scope. Although this is the one that you see in the clip, you can select any of the scopes long-range you want. If you don’t plan to make too many shots across the map, you may find it easier to use a viewer of a minor increase as the VLK 3.0 x Optic.
This kit also omitted the slots Stock, and Underbarrel. But you will need to select the Slug for your ammo. The shotgun pellets standard stretch, but when you shoot a single bullet, are you going to keep all that damage in one place. This means that you’ll have to control your aim better than you would with shotgun ammo, but it ensures deaths at greater distances.
Finally, the kit skips the slot Guard in favor of a Perk. TmuIIz used the advantage to FMJ (Full Metal Jacket) to increase the penetration of the bullet. If you don’t plan to shoot your enemies across the screen, you can change it for an advantage or an accessory is different. Some of the mods Stock, and Underbarrel available can help with the recoil or firing of the hip, while the mods Laser can also enhance the shot in the hip.
Go and try it
With those mods, your 725 will be prepared for the battle, so go into Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and give it a try while you can. Many players are upset by the capacity of the shotgun to eliminate them as quickly and even the DrDisrespect has been seen enraged by the shotgun, among other things. There is a possibility that something like this can be arranged for the balance of the game.
But it is worth noting that in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, the developers considered appropriate to include a scope 4x for the 725 as an option in the first place, and it is likely that it would have done if they did not have the intention of using it. So that you can have up to the launch in 2020 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 5 for use as a sniper rifle.
