If you use your e-mail for professional purposes, the foot of the signature is a great way to share your phone number, website and other contact information, in a professional environment. But it is also a fun way to customize the messages that you send to friends and family. Read on to know how to add signature in Gmail or change an existing one.
How to add a signature to your desktop
Step 1: start your favorite browser and log in to your Gmail account as you normally would.
Step 2: next, click on the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen and click on Settings in the drop-down menu.
Step 3: in the tab General, scroll down until you see Signature. Click on the bubble below Without signature and enter the information you want in the box signature. You can also add a logo or image here, if desired.
Optional: underneath the signature field you will see a check box, which allows you to add your signature before the quoted text in responses by e-mail.
This will cause your signature to be more visible in the e-mail threads. Worth turn it on if you are using your e-mail for correspondence professional, or if you want to remain visible in the response messages.
Step 4: once you are satisfied with your signature, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the button Save changes. That’s it! Your signature will now appear on all new messages and the outgoing e-mail.
If you have an email address of Yahoo, Outlook or other e-mail service -even one private, as your company-, you can also send emails through that address using the function to Send the mail as Gmail. You can configure this feature from your account, and once you do, you’ll be able to create a different signature for that address. Simply click on the drop-down menu and choose your preferred e-mail.

Step 6: agregua your signature desired.
Step 7: in iOS: when you’re finished, tap Back to save your signature newly minted. In Android: when you have finished, tap Ok.
